Every trip.Proven.
A trip is only as defensible as the record behind it. TripProof checks driver and vehicle eligibility against applicable requirements before a trip is assigned, then preserves the trip records and supporting evidence needed to demonstrate what happened.

When an auditor asks, the answer should already be on file.
When an auditor asks who drove a trip, whether they were qualified that day, and whether the trip happened at all, the answer usually lives in a provider's paperwork. TripProof makes that answer part of every trip.
Unqualified drivers
An expired license, a lapsed screening or missing training is easy to miss on a spreadsheet. In TripProof it stops the assignment, with the reason stated.
Trips you cannot verify
Pickup and drop-off times come from the driver's phone at the moment they happen, with a GPS trace of the route, not from a form filled in at the end of the day.
Records that change quietly
Every assignment, edit and cancellation is kept with who made it, when, and why. History is added to, never overwritten.
Checked before. Recorded during. Packaged after.
Only qualified drivers and vehicles can be assigned
- Licenses, driving records, exclusion screening, drug and alcohol status and training, checked against the rules in force that day.
- Vehicles checked for registration, insurance, inspection and open defects, and matched to the service level.
- Your contract can add requirements of its own, applied to your trips only.
- A failed check refuses the assignment. It is not a warning that can be clicked past.
The driver's app records what happens, as it happens
- On the way, arrived, passenger aboard and arrived at destination, each stamped with time and position.
- A pre-trip vehicle check is required before setting off where the rules call for one.
- Waiting time and problems on the road are reported to the office in the moment.
- The passenger signs at the drop-off, or the driver records why not.
One record that answers an audit
- The route driven on a map, from GPS positions reported during the leg.
- The full timeline: assignments, changes, events, waits and problems, each with its source.
- Which requirements were checked, under which rule version, and what evidence was on file.
- Trips with a failed requirement can be held from billing.
Built to work with your trip feed, not around it.
TripProof is designed to take trips from a broker and send back what happened. We connect to your interface and specification rather than asking you to adopt ours.
Your platform
Trip offers and changes for providers in your network.
TripProof
The provider accepts the trip or returns it with a reason code. Only qualified drivers can be assigned, and the driver's app records the run.
Back to you
Trip status as it changes, and a proof-of-service record for each completed leg.
If you have an integration specification or an approved-software process for providers, we would like to see it. A sandbox account with sample providers, drivers and trips is available for your team to review.
Member information is handled as protected health information.
See a trip proven, start to finish.
We will walk your team through a live trip in the sandbox: the checks before assignment, the driver's app on the road, and the record it leaves behind.
